Step 2: Package and Ship Your Return

Once we approve your request, we’ll send you the return address in Preston, UK, and a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. Please:

  1. Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible.
  2. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with the RA number inside the package.
  3. Ship the package using a tracked and insured service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage.

Important Notes on Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of all materials for our community of makers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of hygiene, safety, or custom nature, unless they are faulty:

  • Cut Fabric & Trims: Any fabric sold by the metre/yard (like our 100% Polyester or Animal Skin Prints) that has been cut to your specific order length.
  • Haberdashery Components: Opened or used packs of items such as Bobbins, Buckles & Clasps, Beads and Sequins, Bindings, Cords, Elastics & Tapes, and Acrylic/Plastic Buttons where the original seal or packaging is broken.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Any product specifically personalised or assembled based on your request.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

If a non-returnable item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos, and we will resolve it promptly under our commitment to “Security Woven In.”

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product of equal value. If the new item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it costs less, we will refund you the difference. The exchange process follows the same steps as a return, with the replacement item shipped once the return is received and approved.

International Returns (Outside UK)

As we serve a global community (excluding Asia and certain remote regions), please note:

  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred on the returned parcel.
  • We cannot refund these additional international fees.
