We serve a global community of creators (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). Please see the options below:

- Cost: £12.95.
- Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50.
- Shipped via EMS.
- Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in your country.

Step 2: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved, we’ll send you a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and our UK return address.
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with the RA number inside.
- Ship using a tracked and insured service and keep your proof of postage.

Step 3: Inspection & Processing
Our team in Preston inspects returns upon arrival (typically within 3-5 business days). We will email you with the outcome.
- For Refunds: We initiate the refund to your original payment method.
- For Exchanges: We dispatch the replacement via your chosen shipping method.
Refund Timelines & Methods
Your satisfaction is our paramount concern. Upon approval:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or PayPal.
You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
Important Notes on Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety, quality, and fairness for our entire community of makers, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, due to hygiene, safety, or their custom nature:
- Cut Fabric & Trims: Any fabric sold by the metre/yard (like our premium 100% Polyester or Animal Skin Prints) that has been cut to your specific order length.
- Opened Haberdashery Components: Packs of items where the original seal is broken, such as:
- Bobbins, Buckles & Clasps, Beads and Sequins
- Bindings, Cords, Elastics & Tapes
- Acrylic/Plastic Buttons
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Any product personalised or assembled per your request.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: Clearly marked at purchase.
If a non-returnable item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos, and we will resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
We happily exchange for a different size, colour, or product of equal value. Price differences will be invoiced or refunded. The process follows the same steps as a return.
International Returns (Outside UK)
For our global makers:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties/taxes on the returned parcel. We cannot refund these international fees.
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to assist with customs.
