  • Haberdashery & Notions: Including Acrylic/Plastic Buttons, Buckles & Clasps, Beads and Sequins, Bias Binding, Bindings, Cords, Elastics & Tapes, and Bobbins.
  • Craft Accessories & Tools: Branded tools and accessories organised by themes.

Important Product Notes:

  • We make every effort to display colours and textures of fabrics and products as accurately as possible via our photography. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings.
  • All fabric is sold by the metre/yard and, once cut to your specified length, is considered a custom item (see Section 8 on Returns).
  • Some items (e.g., opened haberdashery packs) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Placing an Order

Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it. A contract for the sale of goods between you and OHSEWCRAFTY is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including for stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£). Prices include UK VAT where applicable but exclude delivery charges and any import duties or taxes for international orders.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is deducted at the point of order. Your card statement will show a charge from “OHSEWCRAFTY”.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping (Tracked): £12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery Areas: We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing.
  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country. You are also responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Process: You must contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For the safety and fairness of our community, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
    • Cut fabric and trims (sold by length).
    • Opened haberdashery packs (e.g., buttons, beads, bobbins).
    • Custom or made-to-order items.
    • Clearance or final sale items.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of OHSEWCRAFTY, its licensors, or content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Liability Limitations

7.1 General Limitation
